Banking processConcerns raised regarding methods of payment available to HOA Current options:  using All in One credit card with 5% charge at end of month getting a pre written check from All in One  using prepaid debit card from petty cash account (money can be moved onto this card for larger purchases). Maximum use of this card is $1500/dayRequesting Andrew send HOA checking account structure – Vincent to follow up
Board is requesting a conventional debit card for the HOA 
Pool signagePool signs need to be updated. New verbiage decided at last meeting to be updated. In addition to updating pool rules, 2 new signs are needed: “No food or drink except water beyond this point” “Admittance to the pool area assumes consent to continuous video camera surveillance” 

Vincent to get bids for signs and present proofs to board for review
Covenant complianceStacy and Sadie requesting to ride along with next inspection. Concern that violations are being missed.Rules and regulations last updated 2020. To be reviewed at next board meeting.
