Banking process | Concerns raised regarding methods of payment available to HOA Current options: using All in One credit card with 5% charge at end of month getting a pre written check from All in One using prepaid debit card from petty cash account (money can be moved onto this card for larger purchases). Pool signage | Pool signs need to be updated. New verbiage decided at last meeting to be updated.
