Bathroom projectBrad to spearhead: Community volunteers to paint Plumber Marcus Hanford (MCH Services) has offered discount – decision made to hire them to fix water leakBrad coordinating start date
Pool openingVoted against pool fence replacement due to cost – will incorporate safety concerns into pool rules 
Will be adding motion lights at pool entrance
3 cameras are installed at the pool entrance, facing pool. Cameras have speakers that pool monitors can talk through. Cameras need to be raised up with poles for better visual coverage Blink subscription plus plan $10/month proposed for recording camera feed and sending alerts. Terri made motion to subscribe, Brad seconded, all voted in favor of purchase, no one opposed.
Pool rules to be reviewed: Pool hours 12-8pm Signs “you are being recorded” to be posted Age changed to 16 if unaccompanied and over 21 to bring a guest No food or drink except water inside pool area signage proposed “please enjoy your food at the picnic table” (outside of pool area) Sign up will be posted for volunteer pool monitors

Opening date set for May 27th

Door to door marketing – unable to really stop it. Behaviors can be discouraged, but no legal remedy.
Website – no confirmation received from Tyrone accepting approval to run Regency Park website
Stacy created community newsletter posted at entrance
 





Lamar suggested to talk to homeowners and advise them not allowed per the covenants
