Lawn care | American Homes For Rent (AH4R) owns 47 homes (179 total). Several have yards not being maintained. Stacy has attempted to reach out to AH4R without success. Additional concern about leaves being managed as fall commences Power washing driveways discussed for the spring Monthly inspections will resume with letters sent out for violations. They will be initially sent to the Board of Directors for review. Violation notices will be sent out by All in One after 3 days if no objections. Decision made to have “Yard of the Month” with prize $50 VISA card. | Board of Directors to send All in One list of items for inspectors to check for. Communication to be sent out seasonally with reminders for yard management including possible citations Vincent to ask All in One Inspector to be judge. |
