Community updates | All in One has not rounded in the community since October 6 when advised to resume at Oct 6 meeting with Vincent Costa Internet not working at pool house Pool house bathrooms (male and female) need recaulking of showers, replacement of shower fixtures and sinks are weathered and need replacing, toilets are aged and need replacing Pool contract renewal / repairs Speeding in the community Issue to be included in generic letter to be sent to community about updates. Speed bumps not feasible since doing so will prohibit county from maintaining roads Business class mail options proposed for HOA to do mailings and reduce expenses with All in One | Vincent has been asked to assist Lamar to get 3 detailed bids with warranty information to provide at Jan meeting along with ratings and references of contractors Stacy to get 3 pool company bids by January meeting with option of HOA buying supplies or company providing supplies Lamar to make bulletin board signs |
Budget meeting | To be held at All in One Need to review line by line and see if anyone is in collections No funds available to increase fees to All in One Asking for removal of some services to be taken over by HOA to reduce costs Lamar and Stacy provided job descriptions to board members according to Georgia nonprofit Board of Directors website guidelines | Board members were advised that there needed to be a unified voice at budget meeting with All in One |
