Community meeting January 17, 2023Community attendance 41 homeowners Concerns voiced for increased communication.  Vote to uphold dues increase or rescind and resume prior budget from 2022.  35 votes not to raise dues, 3 votes approving, 3 did not voteVia email:  Terri motioned to follow community recommendation.  Brad seconded.  Lamar agreed.  Stacy and Sadie did not vote.
Debit cards for board membersDiscussed Lamar having a debit card for community signs ($30 approx each).  Lamar will send in receipts for reimbursements as needed.  Decision made to use lettering on community board instead of signs.Brad and Terri to manage community communication board
Minutes communicationMinutes requesting to be posted for community review at community meeting January 17.  Tyrone Griffin has offered to run Regency Park website and post minutes at no charge.  All voted in favor of allowing Tyrone to manage community website.Terri will let him know and forward all minutes with executive information redacted.
Board of Directors communication to communityLetter to have gone out with dues billing not sent out by All in One.  All in One was of the impression letter had gone out prior.  No additional mailings to be sent out due to cost.Letter to the community to be posted on the website – Lamar to write.  To post on community board new website information.
Pool bathroomProposal by P3 Painting and Renovations $37,902.00 Awaiting bids from 2 other companies Bids put on hold pending community optionsBrad to spearhead community volunteers to complete project
Pool fencing Bid received from Bartow Fence for talon fence $38,865.16 Awaiting 2 other bidsCost prohibitive at present
Pool securityLamar has cameras with motion detectors.  Modem has been fixed with AT&T.  Brad and Lamar to install Feb 25, weather permitting.
Awaiting refunds from Amazon for pool chairs not delivered

Pool contractCurrent contract with Courtyard PoolsVincent making company aware that we want communication of service schedule and Brad point of contact to check in with each visit 
Lawncare companyImperial Lawncare best bid $7200 annual not including plantings or ground cover.  All voted approval of contract.Vincent to send out contract
Pool security Unbudgeted expense.  No resources available.  Using cameras instead.Post sign up for volunteer pool monitors for pool season
Pool cleaning contractLashunda Ware – need to scale back contractLamar to talk to Lashunda.
